Characteristics of Dried Nuts Salting Machine

It can salt all kinds of dried nuts. It is fully automatic and PLC controlled. A receipt can be prepared for different products. Normal and very salty product ranges can be produced by spraying salty water solution and giving salt with a spiral of which speed is adjusted. With the load cell product chamber, any desired quantity of product is weighted and given to the mixer.

With the PLC control system, daily data can be taken about entering and exiting products. Cleaning and maintenance of the system is easy. It has a feature to wash itself with pressurized water. Its electric power is 6.8kW.
